Chinese restaurants in the United States range from steam-table lunch counters to white-tablecloth Cantonese seafood halls, and most fall somewhere in between: a laminated menu, a lunch special board, and combo plates priced a few dollars below the dinner menu. Ordering by number off the menu is normal and speeds things up, especially at takeout counters. Family-style ordering, where a table shares several dishes with rice rather than each person getting an individual entree, is standard at sit-down spots and usually cheaper per person. Many neighborhood restaurants are cash-preferred or charge a small card fee, so it is worth asking or checking the door before you order. Delivery apps cover most areas, but calling the restaurant directly is often faster and avoids the markup.
Hours are published for 2 days a week. The most common schedule is 10:30 AM–9 PM. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (929) 391-4633. Flushing is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Flushing follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I came here because the restaurant specializes in Hunan rice noodles. The toppings were pretty good, but the broth and noodles themselves were just average. I preferred the round noodles slightly over the flat noodles in terms of texture. Ambiance and service are a bit lacking here, the prices are reasonable, so the overall value is decent. One thing I found unusual was the automatic 15% tip. I believe tipping should be left to the customer’s discretion, and there was no clear notice about the automatic gratuity when we paid. It would be very easy to end up paying an extra tip without realizing it. Hopefully, the restaurant can improve the transparency of this policy.

The flavors are bold and definitely on the spicy side, perfect for anyone who loves heat and strong seasoning. The braised beef mixed rice noodles were the highlight—super flavorful, tender beef, and every bite of noodles was packed with sauce and spice. The steamed ribs with rice powder were surprisingly good too, very tender and comforting. I also really liked the pickled long bean minced pork, it’s tangy, spicy, and very appetizing with noodles. The tiger-style century egg with chili was unique and tasty as well. Overall, this place is great for summer too—even though it’s spicy, it’s the kind of addictive heat that makes you keep going back for more. Highly recommend for spice lovers 🌶️

I really enjoyed this Hunan noodle spot! The clear beef rice noodle soup was super comforting, with flavorful broth and very tender beef. The stir-fried yellow beef had great wok hei and tasted amazing mixed with the noodles. Also loved that they offer free toppings and free noodle refills. Dining-in tip is already included in the bill too, which made everything really convenient!

A must-visit spot in Flushing: “Hunan Rice Noodles”! My little one is obsessed with this place—every visit, we always order: ✔️ Beef Noodle Soup ✔️ Stir-fried Shredded Potatoes (tangy & crunchy) The broth is super fresh, clean, and not greasy at all, which makes a big difference. Highly recommend trying the “Sichuan Boiled Fish” too—definitely worth it! This is one of our go-to spots that we keep coming back to. If you love Hunan flavors and noodle dishes, you should check it out
